eminently meritorious and valuable service rendered during
encounter with four (4) armed men at Muelle de Binondo on January
25, 1980, which resulted in the death of four (4) police
characters (July 30, 1980)
- COMMENDATION FROM MAYOR
ANTONIO VILLEGAS dated October 8, 1971 for the solution of the
Robbery in Bank case involving textile in the amount of P516,
000.00 which were hijacked on September 2, 1971 at Sande St.,
Tondo, Manila. The swift apprehension of perpetrator headed by
Nicolas Alcantara led to the recovery of the stolen goods.
